Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Garden Grown on the Emerald Coast. The following payment terms help ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Garden Consultations * Payment is due **at the time of booking** to reserve your consultation appointment. * Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. * Consultation fees may be applied toward a qualifying garden design or installation project at the discretion of Garden Grown on the Emerald Coast. Garden Design Services * A **50% deposit** is required before design work begins. * The remaining balance is due upon completion of the design and before the final plans are delivered. Installation Services * A **50% deposit** is required to secure your installation date and purchase plants and materials. * The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Materials & Additional Costs * Plant material, soil, mulch, containers, irrigation supplies, and other project materials are included only if specified in your estimate or proposal. * Any requested changes or additions after project approval may result in additional charges. Accepted Payment Methods We accept: * Cash * Certified Check (Cashier's Check) * Credit/Debit Cards * Electronic Payments (such as Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, if applicable) Late Payments Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted. Balances not paid within **15 days** may be subject to a **1.5% monthly late fee (18% annually)** or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. Estimates All estimates are valid for **30 days** from the date issued. Plant availability and material prices may change after this period.
